Sea Fans accommodates 8 guests with 2 guests per bedroom. Cribs are also available upon request. Each hexagonal guest suite has its own separate entrance, A/C, bathroom, and private outdoor shower (no one can see in but you can watch the sunset over Drake’s Channel). There are 2 separate beachfront guest suites and a 2-story, 2-bedroom guest suite. The second-floor bedroom is equipped with a kitchenette. Each bedroom has its own large covered terrace with beautiful teak furniture.
Through a garden gate, this beautiful beach villa is just a few steps from the white silky, and crystal clear waters of prestigious Mahoe Beach. Sea Fans is built with four separate pavilions linked by stone walkways through lush tropical gardens. The large, high-ceilinged main pavilion houses the Great Room, the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and powder room. A spacious, shady-covered patio just outside offers alfresco dining day or night. A breezeway adjoining the main pavilion has a wet bar, mini-fridge, icemaker, and gas grill with a connecting door to the kitchen for your convenience. Two equal king bedroom suites, each in its own air-conditioned pavilion, are situated just steps away on either side of the main pavilion.
The large center island has a beautiful polished granite top with stools beneath it. The flooring in all the living areas is Mexican stone tile. Although earth tones are prevalent throughout the interior, bright floral patterns brighten up each room. A glass-top, stone base dining room table seats 6 comfortably. An L-shaped sitting area just off of the kitchen is set up for easy conversation or to watch the 55-inch LED HDTV in full surround sound. A Blu-ray player is available for your convenience.
